The Wallaceburg Red Devils are one win away from advancing in the Western Jr. B Lacross playoffs thanks to an 11-8 win over Hamilton Saturday afternoon at the Memorial Arena. Sydney Powless led the way for the Red Devils with 4 goals and one assist. Marshall Powless added a pair of goals as the Red Devils scored 5 unanswered goals in the second period and pulled away for the win to take a 2-1 lead in the best of five affair. Wallaceburg out shot the Bengals 74-52 in front of 200 fans. The Red Devils can wrap up the series Sunday afternoon when they play game 4 back in Hamilton at the Dave Andreychuk Arena at 4 pm. If the Bengals hold serve and force a game 5 it would be back in Wallaceburg on Monday at 4 pm.
