Today marks the start of the annual Red Kettle campaign, helping support families in need across Chatham-Kent.
A special sing-along kick-off event is being held outside the Salvation Army church in Chatham tonight, starting at 7 o’clock, with food and monetary donations accepted.
The Red Kettle campaign supports programs and services, including local thrift stores and food banks
Now through the end of December, kettles will be set up at locations across the municipality.
