According to police, the woman spent the night in a St. Clair St. restaurant in Chatham and staff called police around 8:30am yesterday morning.
The woman was on probation with the condition of staying in her home from 10pm to 6am.
She was arrested and charged with failing to comply and held for a bail hearing.
