Ribfest 2016 A No Go

Sarnia’s Ribfest has been cancelled a little bit more than a month before the event.

For 17-years, the Sarnia Kinsmen Club has hosted Ribfest at Hiawatha Horse Park on Father’s Day weekend.

There’s no word on reasons for the cancellation, only a brief note posted on Tourism Sarnia-Lambton’s website confirms the news.

There was talk of cancelling the event in 2015 due to a lack of major sponsors.
