On February 21st, a man held up Charlie’s Variety on Park Avenue East – the clerk and suspect got into a physical altercation and the employee suffered a serious cut on his arm.
Last night, a 32-year-old man was taken into custody in Hamilton.
Charges include robbery, disguise with intent, and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.
