Safe Stolen From Chatham Tim Hortons

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify three suspects following a break-and-enter and theft at a Tim Hortons in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said two people broke into the Tim Hortons at 452 St. Clair St. sometime between midnight and 1 a.m. on January 30. The pair removed a safe from the restaurant and were then helped by a third person.

The first suspect is described as a male of average height with an average build. He was last seen wearing a two-tone winter coat,  dark pants, dark shoes, a purple hoodie, and a ball cap.

The second suspect is described as a male with a shorter, stalkier build than average. He was last seen wearing a light grey or blue coat with blue jeans, white skateboarder running shoes with a black symbol on the outer side, a ball cap, a light blue physician mask, and gloves.

The third suspect was last seen wearing a dark coat with a fur hood and black face mask.

Police have released several photos of the suspects which can be viewed below.
