Authorities say last September, the 29-year-old was arrested and charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, fleeing police, and possession of a controlled substance. He was later released with a court date.
After failing to show up to court, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Early this morning, the man turned himself in, and he’s been charged with failing to attend court.
