One person suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash on Highway 40 yesterday afternoon.
According to Provincial Police, a northbound vehicle was trying to turn left onto Robin Line shortly after 4 yesterday afternoon when it was struck from behind.
The driver of the second car was taken to the Sydenham Campus of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, then air-lifted to hospital in London for further treatment.
A section of Highway 40 was closed for several hours last night as police continued their investigation.
