Former Chatham-Kent police officer Ken Miller is facing charges of sexual assault and breach of trust.
That’s according to the Special investigations unit, who made the announcement today.
The charges stem from an incident four years ago while he was an officer.
Miller has a checkered history, he resigned this past March and was sentenced to 60 days in jail following a guilty plea to a breach of trust charge.
He also pled guilty to a sexual assault charge in 2013.
