One of Chatham-Kent’s busiest attractions is the Mitchell’s Bay beach.
Whether it’s beach-goers in the summer or ice fishers in the winter, the area attracts hundreds of vehicles on a daily basis.
Due to all of the traffic, Chatham-Kent councillor Jamie McGrail is bringing in a motion at tonight’s Chatham-Kent council meeting, directing administration to install asphalt speed humps at the Dover Beach Park municipal lot in an effort to reduce the speed of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot.
