With the long weekend upon us, local kids will be splashing as the municipality’s splash pads begin to reopen.
Today marks the opening of splash pads at Jaycee Park and Colwell Park in Wallaceburg, followed by pads in Bothwell, Dresden, Ridgetown, Thamesville, Tilbury and Wheatley tomorrow.
June 1st marks the opening for splash pads in Blenheim and Merlin.
Kingston Park in Chatham and Mitchell’s Bay won’t have their water turned on until June 5th.
