The money to purchase the vehicle came from the Frank and Mary Uniac Foundation and the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund.
Executive Director Jessica Smith said ” today mark’s an exciting change for St. Andrew’s Residence, with the addition of the van to assist in transporting our residents safely during these different times”.
The Uniacs were big supporters of many local projects and their legacy continues through the foundation.
