Mark Benoit, Chair of Academic Services at the Chatham Campus says the majority of the money comes from the upper levels of government.
“Replacing some of our HVAC and electrical systems our transformers some infrastructure of both our facilities,” says Benoit. “That the province put some money in, $1.5-million and the federal government is putting in $3-million.””
St. Clair College is chipping in $1.5 million of its own for infrastructure upgrades, along with an extra $400-thousand from other sources for a total investment of $6.8 million dollars.
