
Provincial Police are investigating after a crash in St Clair Township claimed the life of a London resident.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Highway 40 and Courtright Line shortly before 5 o’clock Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say two vehicles were involved, a minivan and passenger vehicle, each occupied by a driver and one passenger.
A 51-year-old from London was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Lambton OPP, with help from the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team, continues to investigate the cause of the collision.
Police are seeking witnesses or anyone who may have dash cam footage of the incident to contact the Lambton OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
