A Chatham man is facing charges, accused of stealing and using a stolen bank card.
Police got a call back on September 16th about a vehicle being broken into and the victim’s debit card stolen.
Authorities say the card in question was then used at a local business and investigators were able to identify a suspect.
Sunday morning, police were able to track down the accused after a call about a suspicious person on St Clair Street.
The man is now facing charges of fraud under $5000, using a stolen credit card, and possession of stolen property.
