An investigation is underway after a vehicle was taken from a Chatham property.
The vehicle was in the parking lot at the Real Canadian Superstore in Chatham on June 6.
Authorities say the vehicle’s owner was alerted that a man with black hair, black hat, and black hoodie was spotted in the driver’s seat, prompting him to contact police.
The vehicle was then driven off the property and was last seen on Pioneer Road heading eastbound.
The vehicle is described as 2006 GMC Sierra with the license plate 4269XV.
