Student leaders at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus are being honoured as part of this week’s Southwest Ag Conference.
Now into its 25th year, the conference is recognizing five women.
“We’re celebrating this conference milestone by recognizing student leadership excellence, particularly to students who have a significant positive impact on our student body and/or our campus success,” says Ken McEwan, Director, Ridgetown Campus. “These five students demonstrate commitment to Ridgetown Campus through a wide variety of programs, leadership opportunities, and student driven initiatives.”
The winners include Natasha Lugtigheid from Chatham, Morgan McNulty of Renfrew County, Sara Meidlinger from Morpeth, Samantha Reid of Hastings, and Melissa Sinnige of Oxford.
The Westag Student Life Recognition Award comes with $2000 for each recipient.
