An arrest has been made after a woman was injured during an assault in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a man assaulted the woman in a parking lot on Queen Street in Tilbury on March 27.
Police said the woman suffered “some injuries” and a warrant was issued for the arrest of a 37-year-old Windsor man.
The Windsor man turned himself in at the police substation in Tilbury and was charged with assault and assault causing bodily harm. He has been released from custody with a court date on April 26.
