Charges have been laid after police received a tip about a potentially impaired driver in Wallaceburg.
The suspect vehicle was found on Wallace Street shortly after noon on Tuesday and pulled over.
After speaking with the driver, officers attempted to perform a roadside test.
The 61-year-old Stoney Point man behind the wheel was then charged with failure or refusal to provide a breath sample.
He was released with a future court date.
