With the arrest of a suspected thief over the weekend, local authorities are hoping to get some stolen property returned to its rightful owner.
A man was arrested Sunday morning walking along Park Avenue East – he was carrying some items that had been reported stolen from a car on River Line.
Chatham-Kent Police believe other vehicles in that area may have been broken into as well and are asking anyone who may be missing some property to contact Constable Destiny Pailey at destinyp@chatham-kent.ca.
