Chatham-Kent Police have laid charges against a thief caught red handed in Chatham.
Officers responded to a break and enter in progress at a construction site on St Clair Street shortly before 7 o’clock Wednesday evening.
Authorities say the accused was found inside a supply trailer and was arrested.
The 55-year-old Dresden man is charged with breaking and entering, and was released with conditions and a date in court next month.
