Suspects Sought Following Theft Of Tools During B&E

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a pair of suspects following a break-and-enter in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said between 5 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Monday, two individuals riding bicycles entered a business on Grand Avenue East in Chatham and stole several tools including power tools and welders.

One of the suspects was caught on a surveillance camera and is described as a male, wearing a dark-coloured parka with fur on the hood, black shoes with red laces, a dark green hoodie, and a dark-coloured baseball hat.

Police have released a photo of the suspect, which can be viewed above.
