A man in Wallaceburg clearly hasn’t learned his lesson.
Police were contacted about a suspicious man at a business on McNaughton Avenue early this morning. Investigators soon discovered the accused was under a court-ordered curfew and was also banned from going to this specific business.
The 24-year-old of no fixed address was arrested and charged with five counts of failing to comply with release conditions, and two counts of breaking his probation orders.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
