A Dover Centre woman is adding her name to the list of nominees heading into next fall’s municipal election. 
Patricia Sylvain has filed her papers to run for a seat on council in Ward Four.
There are now four people vying for one of two seats in North Kent.
The deadline for nominees is July 27th, Chatham-Kent residents head to the polls on October 22nd.
