The Thames Art Gallery has opened the submission process for the Ontario 2019 Juried Exhibit.

Acting Curator of the Thames Art Gallery, Alora Bossy, says if you want to submit for consideration, you have to do that online.

“It’s open to artists living and working in Ontario, they can submit a maximum of two original and recently completed art works, completed within the 2017-2019. Any media can be submitted. There will be a juror’s choice award of $1000,” says Bossy. “On our website we have an entry form exhibition waiver and it does take the artist through detailed instructions. We don’t ask for a size limitation, we don’t want to limit the creativity of the submissions.

There’s a $1000 prize that will be awarded by this year’s juror, Matthew Ryan Smith, writer and Curator of the Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant.
