A 32 year old Chatham tattoo artist has been arrested and charged with sexual assault.
Last month, a Chatham woman told police she had an appointment at Loko Ink on Queen Street in Chatham, and claims during that appointment a man sexually assaulted her.
Following an investigation by the Major Crime Unit, a man was arrested September 6th. He was released with an October 1st court date.

Authorities say sexual assault is defined in the Criminal Code of Canada as any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.
