Careless driving charges have been laid following a collision just west of Chatham.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, a 21-year-old Thamesville woman was heading down Riverview Line between Drake and Dillon Roads when she lost control and crashed into a hydro pole.
The driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Damage is pegged at $5000.
