The 401 will be closed West of London in both directions for several hours.
All lanes closed between Col. Talbot Rd. and Iona Rd will be closed from 8 pm Saturday until 8 am Sunday morning.
They are completing the bridge work on the Mill Rd. underpass.
Detours will be in effect.
