The United Way Distributes The Feds Money

Five agencies in Chatham-Kent are getting a cash windfall from the United Way through the Feds New Horizons For Seniors Program.

They put 3.5 million into the Canada wide project.

Locally the VON Erie St. Clair, Canadian Cancer Society, the CNIB, Family Service Kent and Maple City Centre for Older Adults will each get a grant of $10,000 dollars.
