A third teenager has been arrested in connection to the assault of another youth.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers arrested the 15-year-old accused, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant, on Cecile Avenue in Chatham on Wednesday at around 9:30 a.m.
The warrant was issued after another youth was assaulted with a pellet gun on King Street sometime on May 25.
The teen is now charged with uttering threats, using a firearm while committing an offence, two counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of assault with a weapon.
Earlier this week, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested and charged with aggravated assault in connection with the incident.
All three of the accused have since been released from custody with conditions and future court dates.
