Allegedly threatening another motorist at a gas station has led to charges for the Chatham man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to the gas station on Grand Avenue West in Chatham at around 10 p.m. on Thursday following the incident.
Authorities said the victim was aggressively approached by an unknown man in a vehicle, who then exited his vehicle and threatened to harm the victim.
Following an investigation, officers identified a suspect and located him.
As a result, a 51-year-old Chatham man was arrested and is now charged with uttering threats. He has been released with conditions and a future court date.
