Three Charged Following Christmas Day Break-In

Two Wallaceburg men and woman from Walpole Island have been charged following a break and enter a vacant property in St. Clair Township.

The Lambton County OPP said officers responded to the break in at the vacant residence on Smith line at around 9 a.m. on Christmas Day. The three suspects were arrested without incident after allegedly being found inside the building.

Following an investigation, officers also recovered a vehicle that had previously been reported stolen.

As a result, 26-year-old Nicholas Walker of Wallaceburg, 29-year-old Darien Noah-Rattray of Wallaceburg, and 31-year-old Ann Marie Peters of Walpole Island have been charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Noah-Rattray is also charged with failing to comply with a release order.
