Two people are facing charges following a disturbance in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service was called to a Tilbury address at around 8 a.m. on Wednesday after a man pushed a woman to the ground. The woman was also under conditions not to communicate with the man.
No injuries were reported.
As a result of the incident, a 36-year-old Tilbury man was arrested and charged with assault and facilitating a breach of an undertaking. He was later released with conditions and a future court date.
A 28-year-old woman was also arrested and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. She was held in custody for a bail hearing.
