An arrest has been made after a man was seen trespassing several times at a Chatham business.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a discount retail store on Grand Avenue West at around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday for a trespassing complaint.

The business owner reported to officers that a man had been repeatedly trespassing on the property, causing several unspecified issues at the business.

As a result, a 31-year-old man was arrested for mischief and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
