According to police, a man and woman were caught on surveillance last weekend stealing merchandise from Sobeys in Blenheim.
Earlier this week, the man was seen stealing lottery tickets from a gas station.
Last night, an officer pulled over a vehicle and found the two suspects inside.
A 28-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman are facing theft charges.
