Two dams have collapsed in Michigan after days of heavy rain, forcing the evacuation of 10,000 residents in Midland County.
A flash flood emergency was issued for residents near the Tittabawassee River once the Edenville and Sanford dams both collapsed.
Officials believe parts of Midland could be under nine feet of water.
Midland is just over 200 kilometres northwest of Detroit.
A state of emergency has been declared for the county.
