Charges have been laid following a two-vehicle crash just north of Chatham late last week.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Countryview Line and Centre Side Road shortly before 6 ‘clock Friday evening. Authorities say a northbound vehicle failed to yield to traffic and collided with an eastbound vehicle on Countryview.
Both drivers were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One driver has since been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm. The accused will be back in court in January to answer to the charges.
