It’s a big night for the United Way of Chatham-Kent. 
The United Way is kicking off its 2018 campaign tonight.
The event is taking place at The Kent in Chatham, starting at 6 o’clock.
The kick-off will begin with an announcement of the campaign goal from Chair Caterina Dawson, followed by a performance by local band Toast & Jam.
Last year’s campaign brought in $1.68-million, about $40,000 shy of its goal.
