David VanDamme is the latest Chatham-Kent resident to file his nomination for the upcoming municipal election. 
Currently a Ward 3 councillor, VanDamme is seeking re-election for his second term in the East Kent ward.
VanDamme is the first to file in Ward 3 so far.
