The municipality of Chatham-Kent is looking for residents who want to give back and help shape the future of CK.
Recruitment is underway for new members of the Together CK Review Committee. Since 2000, the program has helped turn municipal investment into over $15 million worth of local community development projects and events.
As a committee member, volunteers work with municipal staff every fall to review applications, evaluate projects based on established criteria, and make funding recommendations to Council.
Applicants must be 18 or older and able to commit about 30 hours each autumn. Applications will be evaluated based on relevant experience, including volunteer involvement, committee participation, and other skills that would support the committee’s work.
