As the newly elected council prepares for its first official meeting Monday night, the two returning representatives in Wallaceburg are getting back down to business.

Some of the items to be discussed Monday night include appointing an architect for an affordable housing development in Blenheim, replacing streetlights in downtown Wallaceburg and Thamesville, an application for provincial funding to fix up a section of St Clair Street in Chatham, and a proposed agreement to bring an intercounty baseball team to Chatham.
