Charges have been laid following a collision in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police say the crash happened on Dufferin Avenue around 7 o’clock Thursday morning.
No injuries have been reported, however officers suspected the driver was under the influence of alcohol, and say the accused also gave a fake name to investigators.
The 22-year-old is charged with obstructing a police officer, operation while impaired, driving while under suspension, driving while prohibited, and refusing to comply with demand.
The man was held until sober then released with a future court date of November 21st.
