A Port Lambton man has been charged following a collision in Wallaceburg.
Emergency crews responded to Dufferin Avenue just before 12:30 this morning and say the man behind the wheel appeared to be under the influence.
The 38-year-old was taken to the OPP Petrolia Detachment for breath tests, but authorities say he refused to provide a sample.
The accused is charged with impaired driving and refusal to comply with a demand. He’ll have to face the charges in court next month.
