One of those conditions was that he remain inside a specific residence between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
They received a call May 9th at 3 am that he was not where he was supposed to be.
Chatham-Kent police responded and sure enough, he was not there.
Saturday morning the 33 year old was spotted in Wallaceburg and taken back into custody.
He was later released with another court date.
