A 26-year-old Wallaceburg woman’s first-degree-murder case has once again been delayed.
The case of Kourtny Audette was put over until September 1st earlier this week in a Chatham courtroom.
Audette is accused of killing Nick Laprise at a Book Street home in Wallaceburg in April of 2018.
She has been in custody for more than two years.
Audette has had a number of medical assessments done to see if she is fit to stand trial, with a number of delays over the course of the last two plus years.
