A Wallaceburg man is expected back in court tomorrow, facing charges of second degree murder in the death of his wife on Boxing Day.
Police are remaining tight lipped about the case, and are keeping the suspect’s name private to protect the identity of the victim.
Authorities also say they aren’t releasing the cause of death to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
The 94-year-old accused was arrested over the holiday weekend after his wife’s body was found in their Margaret Avenue home early Saturday morning.
He was remanded back in custody following an initial court appearance on Tuesday.
