A Wallaceburg resident can hardly believe his luck after winning a recent lottery draw.
Brian Brownlee discovered he had won a $1-million MAXMILLIONS prize in the August 19 LOTTO MAX draw after checking his ticket at the store.
The 80-year-old says he was stunned and asked the cashier to check it again.
“I went home and told my wife, and she thought I had only won $1000,” Brownlee said.
Brownlee, who purchased the winning ticket at Circle K on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg says while he has no definitive plans for the money at this point, he and his wife are considering some home renovations and possibly get some body work done on his truck.
