Police were called to the Walmart store in Chatham Sunday afternoon after a woman allegedly grabbed over $200 worth of merchandise off the shelves, put them in her own reusable bags, and left the store.
Security stopped the woman outside the store and held her until police could arrive.
The 61-year-old is charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
