WAMBO is back – this weekend in Wallaceburg!

One of Canada’s largest transportation shows, WAMBO features Antique Boats, Antique, Classic & Specialty Cars, Fire Trucks, & Motorcycles and the highly anticipated Cardboard Boat Race! Other popular displays include Models & Toys, Art in the Park, Craft Tables and Souvenirs and the Terry Glover Dream Cruise.

Events – Friday, August 9
5:00 pm	Opening Ceremonies & bell ringing at Wallaceburg Civic Park (near fountain)
All Day	Arrival of boats on the Sydenham River
4:30 –	Knights of Columbus BBQ at James & Nelson St., with live music.
5pm – Midnight	Refreshment Tent – James St. Municipal Parking Lot
5:00 – 9:00 pm	Terry Glover Memorial Cruise 5pm gathering at Canadian Tire (74 McNaughton Ave). Cruise to start at 7pm to Dresden and back.
6:30 –	Activities for kids, South Side at Harbour Court greenspace (Wallace St).
8:00 –	Kids Movie Night, South Side at Harbour Court greenspace (Wallace St).
9:00 –	Live Music on the Main Stage in downtown Wallaceburg, featuring Fresh Horses, A Garth Brooks Tribute. Be sure to bring lawn chairs!

9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Antique & Custom Bicycles on display – South Side.
9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Annual Toy & Model Show & Sale – on the south side of the river, across the walking bridge, featuring face painting, antique tractors, model trains, Toy show, Chatham-Kent Block Parent Program, blow-ups, and more!.
9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Art in the Park / Crafts – grassy area on the North side of the river next to Wallaceburg’s Adult Activity Centre/Public Library.
9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Product / Direct Marketing Tables – South Side
9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Flea Market – South Side
9:00 am – 5:00 pm	Wallaceburg & District Museum – Rope making, face painting, giant plinko and dunk tank. King St. South Side.

10:00 am – 12:00 pm	Crooner Music featuring Al Delaet at Karaoke Corner

12:00 pm – 6:00 pm	Karaoke tent by the Wallaceburg Library with DJ’s Mike & Melody Shepley.

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm	Awards Ceremonies for Cars – there will be a People’s Choice Ballot Box available for spectators to vote.
9:00 pm –	Live music featuring Fleetwood Mac Mania at James St. municipal parking lot. Be sure to bring lawn chairs!
