Water Level Outlook Good

boatsVictoria Day weekend is the unofficial kick-off for summer and brings a return to more activity on lakes are rivers.

In what can only be seen as good news for boaters, the St. Clair Region Conservation authority doesn’t have any significant concerns with low water conditions for 2016.

Precipitation levels across the region are well above normal so far this year, in fact over the last three months we’ve seen about 30% more rain and snow than the long term average.

That trend continues throughout the province with no watersheds reporting low water conditions.
